We meet Mondays at Under-1-Roof Training & Development Centre, Westwick Street, Norwich. Sessions from 09am-12:30pm. Group members are supported and encouraged to share their skills and to support each other. We aim to build people's confidence and give them skills to improve their well-being. We encourage members to get to know each other as social contact is an important part of what we do, also contribute to the wider community by helping to improve access to the internet.
